This plan takes about two hours a week. By day 30 your inbox is under control, your posting is consistent and you know which posts bring customers.
Week 1: set up
- Connect your social accounts and Google Business Profile (guide).
- Fill your brand kit: what you sell, your tone and your ten most common answers (guide).
- Create your Link in Bio page so every profile points somewhere useful (guide).
- Clear your inbox once with AI drafts in Suggest mode (guide).
Week 2: a posting rhythm
- Set your posting schedule (guide).
- Plan 3–5 original posts for the week. Buffer's data shows 3–5 posts a week as the sweet spot on Instagram (Buffer, vendor data).
- Schedule them at your best times (guide).
- Reply to every comment within a day.
Week 3: automate the repeat questions
- Move simple, factual questions (hours, prices, delivery) to Approve mode, and to Auto once you trust it.
- Add one AutoDM keyword to your next post, such as PRICE or LINK, that sends your Link in Bio page.
- Ask your happiest customers for a review.
Week 4: measure and adjust
- Check which posts brought comments, DMs and leads, not just likes.
- Look at your reply time. Aim for under an hour on weekdays.
- Do more of what worked and drop what didn't.
After day 30
Keep a 15-minute weekly review and let the queue and the inbox do the rest. Stuck? Start from why did my reach drop?
