Fifteen minutes once a week stops small problems becoming lost weeks. Put it in your calendar for the same slot every week.
Minutes 1–3: did everything go out?
- Check for failed posts and broken connections (when a post fails).
- Fix and reschedule anything that didn't publish.
Minutes 4–7: what did people ask?
- Skim the week's comments and DMs. What questions came up twice or more?
- Add the answers to your brand kit, so next week's AI drafts know them.
- Check for any conversation left without a reply.
Minutes 8–11: what worked?
- Your top two posts by comments, saves and link clicks, not just likes.
- Any post that started a sale or a lead.
Minutes 12–15: plan the change
- Do one more of whatever worked.
- Drop or rework one thing that didn't.
- Make sure next week has 3–5 posts scheduled.
That's it. For the setup behind this routine, see your first 30 days.
