Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AeroReply when you use our website, apps and API. We’ve kept the language plain; the “In short” lines help, but the full text is what counts.

The short version

  • Your content stays yoursYou own what you create and upload. We only use it to run the service for you.
  • 7-day money-back guaranteeCancel your first paid plan within 7 days for a full refund. After that, plans aren't refunded for time left in a period.
  • No surprise overage billsWhen you hit a plan limit, that action pauses until you top up or upgrade. We never charge overage.
  • Use it fairlyNo spam, no unlawful content, and follow the rules of the networks you connect.

Agreeing to these terms

In short: By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

These terms are an agreement between you and AeroReply (“AeroReply”, “we”, “us”). They apply to www.aeroreply.com, the AeroReply web and mobile apps, our API and MCP server, and any related services (together, the “service”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

If you use the service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business and confirm you have the authority to do so. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Accounts and workspaces

In short: Keep your sign-in safe. The workspace owner controls the workspace and its billing.

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and any API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and your keys.
  • Each workspace has an owner who manages members, roles, connected accounts and billing. Members act under the owner’s workspace and these terms.
  • Tell us straight away at support@aeroreply.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Plans, billing and renewals

In short: Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.

  • Current plans and prices are on our pricing page. Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer one.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree, depending on your country). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Before you pay, we show the amount and how often it renews. We keep a record of what you agreed to and email you a confirmation.
  • Yearly plans get a reminder email before they renew. If your next charge will differ from your last one, we email you before it is taken.
  • Discount codes apply for the duration stated with the code and can’t be combined unless we say so.
  • Add-ons can be recurring, billed with your plan, or one-time purchases such as AI credit packs.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it’s resolved. Your data stays in place.
  • If we change a plan’s price, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

In short: Your first paid plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancel at period end or cancel now; time left in a period isn't refunded automatically.

What you doWhat happens
Cancel within 7 days of your first paymentOur money-back guarantee: paid features end now and we refund the full amount of that first payment to your original payment method. It applies once per workspace, to its first paid charge.
Cancel at the end of the periodYour plan stays active until the period ends, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. No further charges.
Cancel immediatelyPaid features end now and the workspace moves to the Free plan. Outside the money-back guarantee, the time left in your current period isn't refunded; that includes renewals, even within 7 days. If you think a refund is due, email support@aeroreply.com and our team will review it.
Delete a workspaceIts subscription is cancelled immediately, on the same terms as cancelling now, and the workspace is removed.
Remove a one-time add-onOne-time purchases, such as credit packs, are not refundable once bought.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Where consumer law gives you additional rights, such as a cooling-off period, nothing in these terms limits them.

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. To start a plan, add-on or credits straight away, we ask you to confirm that you lose this right once the service has fully started (for credits, once they are added). If you cancel a plan or add-on within those 14 days, you pay only for the time used.

Free plan, limits and AI credits

In short: Every plan has limits. When you reach one, the action pauses; we don’t bill overage.

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. It includes the features and limits shown on the pricing page.
  • Plan limits cover things like connected accounts, seats, workspaces and monthly AI generations. When you reach a limit, that action pauses until you upgrade, buy an add-on or the limit resets.
  • Your plan’s monthly AI allowance resets at the start of each calendar month in your workspace’s time zone, and unused allowance doesn’t roll over.
  • AI credit packs you buy are added to your workspace and used after your monthly allowance.
  • Different AI models may use different numbers of credits per request. The cost is shown in the product.

Your content

In short: You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.

You keep all rights to the posts, designs, media, messages, contacts and other material you add to the service (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to run, secure and improve the service for you — for example, to publish a post to the networks you choose or generate a reply with AI.

You confirm you have the rights to your content, and that publishing it through the service won’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.

AI-generated output

In short: AI can be wrong. Review what it writes, especially anything sent or published automatically.

AI features produce suggestions and drafts based on your inputs. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output given to others. Subject to these terms and the AI provider’s terms, you may use the output you generate for your business.

You are responsible for what you publish or send, including messages sent by auto-reply, AutoDM, the sales agent or autopilot features you switch on. Don’t use AI features to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, or to give professional advice without review.

Connected platforms

In short: When you connect a social network, its own rules still apply to you.

The service connects to third-party networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business Profile using their official APIs. You must follow each network’s terms and policies, and you authorise us to act on the accounts you connect as you direct.

These networks are not operated by us. They can change or limit their APIs, rate limits or features at any time, which may affect what the service can do. We’re not responsible for their availability or for actions they take on your accounts.

Acceptable use

In short: Don’t misuse the service, other people, or the networks you connect.

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people without the consent anti-spam and marketing laws require.
  • Publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Impersonate anyone, run fake engagement, or manipulate platform metrics.
  • Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis, or sell your contacts’ data in breach of the law.
  • Probe, scan or test the service’s security without permission (see our Security page for responsible disclosure), or interfere with its operation.
  • Reverse engineer the service, scrape it, resell it, or exceed API rate limits on purpose.
  • Break the terms of any connected network or AI provider.

Your customers’ data

In short: You control the information you collect about your audience and are responsible for doing so lawfully.

For personal information about your customers, leads and followers, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for giving any notices and getting any consents needed, and for honouring their requests. A data processing agreement is available on request.

API, webhooks and integrations

  • API keys are tied to your workspace. Keep them secret and rotate them if they are exposed.
  • We apply rate limits and may change or retire API versions with reasonable notice.
  • Verify the signature on every webhook we send before trusting it.
  • Third-party integrations you enable are provided by those third parties under their own terms.

Our service and feedback

The service, including its software, design, templates and the AeroReply name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use it, not ownership of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. We keep improving the product and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something material from a paid plan, we’ll tell you first.

Suspension and termination

In short: You can leave any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don’t pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or get your content out.

Disclaimers

Apart from what we expressly promise in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise any particular results, such as reach, engagement, leads or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you use the service for a business, you’ll defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or of a connected network’s terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we’ll give you notice in the product or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel.
