Shorter messages make a cleaner code.
From number to printable code

1 Enter the number
Full international format, no leading zero. The QR encodes a normal wa.me link, so any camera app can read it.

2 Add a message
Optional, and worth keeping short — every extra character makes the code denser and harder to scan from a distance.

3 Download it
PNG for slides, social posts and anything on screen. SVG for print — it stays sharp at poster size.

4 Put it where people are
Table tents, packaging inserts, receipts, shop windows, event badges. Test a scan before you print a thousand of them.
Make it scan on the first try
- Big enough for the distance
A code on a table can be small. One on a window or a poster needs to be printed much larger, because people scan it from further away.
- Dark code, light background
Scanners look for contrast. Keep the squares darker than the background and skip busy photos behind the code.
- Leave a quiet border
Give the code an empty margin on every side. Text or artwork pressed right up against it is the most common reason a scan fails.
