Thirty posts, one a day, spread across five pillars so no week leans on a single kind of post. Every caption is written out with [brackets] where your details go, and the columns match AeroReply's CSV import, so the finished sheet becomes thirty drafts in one upload.
What's inside
One row per day with the pillar, the format, a caption to edit and the channels to post on. The date column is left blank so each row imports as a draft you schedule later. The first 6 of 30 rows:
| day | pillar | format | caption | platforms |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Teach | Carousel | 3 mistakes we see every week with [your service], and the fix for each. Save this for later. | |
| 2 | Behind the scenes | Photo | This is where [your product] gets made. Ask us anything about how it works. | instagram|facebook |
| 3 | Proof | Quote card | "[Customer quote]" Thank you, [customer first name]. Stories like this are why we do it. | instagram|facebook|linkedin |
| 4 | Conversation | Question | Be honest: what's the hardest part of [your customer's problem]? We read every reply. | instagram|facebook |
| 5 | Offer | Photo | [Offer] is open until [date]. Tap the link in our bio to book your spot. | instagram|facebook |
| 6 | Teach | Short video | The one thing we wish every [customer type] knew before buying [product category]. |
How to use it
- Download the sheet and open it in Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers
- Replace every [bracket] with your own details, and delete the rows you don't want
- Change the platforms column to the accounts you post on, separated by |
- Save it as CSV
- In AeroReply, open Content and click Import CSV. On a phone it's under More actions
- Upload the file, check the preview, and import. Each row becomes a draft
Tips
- Leave date blank to get drafts, or fill it with a future date and time like 2026-11-03T09:00 to schedule straight away.
- Add an image link in the image column, or add images to each draft after import.
- Swap whole rows between days rather than editing captions to fit a slot. The pillar mix is what keeps the month balanced.
