By the end of this tutorial you'll have your accounts connected, a weekly posting schedule, a brand kit the AI writes from, and a full week of posts waiting in the Planner.
Before you start
- A AeroReply workspace. The free plan is enough.
- The logins for the social accounts you want to post to.
- Your website address, so the AI can learn your brand.
Step 1: Connect your accounts
Every post goes out through an account you connect, so start here.
- Open Settings → Connections
- Click Connect next to a platform and approve access on its page
- Repeat for each account you post to
Some platforms ask which page to post to. Pick it now, so nothing waits on it later.
Step 2: Set your posting schedule
Choose the weekly times your queue fills, so you never pick a time by hand.
- Open Settings → Posting schedule
- Under Weekly queue, choose your Timezone
- Click Add time for each slot. One or two a day is a good start
Step 3: Teach the AI your brand
A brand kit means every caption the AI writes sounds like you.
- Open Settings → Brand kit
- Click Import from website, enter your address and click Read website
- Review the suggestions and click Apply to brand kit
Add two or three of your own past posts under Voice. They teach the AI your tone faster than any description.
Step 4: Write your first post
Create one post properly. It becomes the pattern for the rest of the week.
- Open Planner and click Create post
- Choose Blank post, then pick the accounts to post to
- Write the caption, or ask the AI for a first draft, and add an image
- Click Add to queue
The post takes the next open time from your schedule.
Step 5: Fill the rest of the week
Repeat step 4 until every slot this week has a post.
Mix the kinds of post you share: a tip, a behind-the-scenes photo, a question for your followers, a customer story. Variety keeps people reading.
Check it worked
- The Planner shows a post in each slot this week.
- Every account under Settings → Connections shows as connected.
- Open one post: the time matches your schedule and timezone.
Where to go next
- Find your best times to post once a few posts have gone out.
- Set up AI Autopilot to draft next week for you.
