In this tutorial you'll give the AI the facts it needs, work through your inbox with AI-drafted replies, and decide how much it can do without you.
Before you start
- At least one connected account that receives messages.
- Answers to the questions you're asked most: prices, delivery, opening hours.
Step 1: Add your business knowledge
The AI only states facts you've given it, so add the answers people ask for most.
- Open Settings → Brand kit
- Under Knowledge, add your prices, delivery and returns, opening hours and how to book
Step 2: Find what needs a reply
Open Inbox and click Needs reply. Messages from every connected channel are in one list.
Click Assign to me on a conversation so nobody on your team answers it twice.
Step 3: Draft a reply
In the reply box, click Draft a reply. The AI writes an answer using your brand kit.
Edit anything that's off, then send. Nothing is sent until you send it. Typed your own answer? Click Rewrite my reply to polish it.
Step 4: Choose how much the AI does
Open Agent settings and pick a mode.
- Suggest drafts each reply for you to send
- Approve drafts it and holds it for one-click approval
- Auto replies on its own when a message scores above the Minimum intent score you set
Start with Suggest. Move to Approve once the drafts rarely need edits.
Check it worked
- Needs reply is empty, or close to it.
- A draft quotes a fact from your knowledge correctly.
Where to go next
- Turn comments into leads with a comment-to-DM flow.
- How AI credits work, since drafts use credits.
