Most DMs ask the same fifteen things. Answering each from scratch is where the hours go. These scripts give you a calm, helpful reply for each one. Add your own details, share them with your team, and add them to your brand kit so AeroReply's AI drafts follow them.
What's inside
One row per situation with a reply to adapt and a note on what to watch for. The first 6 of 15 rows:
| situation | reply | notes |
|---|---|---|
| Price question | Hi [name]! [Service] is [price], and that includes [what's included]. Would you like me to check what's free this week? | Give the price in the first line. Hiding it loses people. |
| Are you open? | Hi [name], we're open [days] from [time] to [time]. Today we're here until [time]. See you soon! | Keep holiday hours in your brand kit so AI drafts get them right. |
| Where are you? | We're at [address], [landmark or directions]. Here's the map: [link]. Parking is [parking detail]. | Add one landmark. It helps more than the postcode. |
| Booking request | We'd love to see you! The quickest way is [booking link]. If you'd rather, tell me a day and time and I'll check for you. | Always offer a self-serve link and a human option. |
| Do you deliver? | We deliver to [area] for [fee], usually within [time]. Order here: [link]. Outside that area? Tell me your postcode and I'll check. | |
| Product in stock? | Good news, [product] is in stock in [sizes/colours]. Want me to put one aside for you until [time]? | Holding an item turns a question into a sale. |
How to use it
0 of 0 done
- Download the sheet and replace every [bracket] with your real prices, hours, links and policies
- Rewrite each reply in your own voice. The brand voice worksheet helps
- In AeroReply, open Settings → Brand kit and add the facts under Knowledge: prices, hours, delivery, refunds
- Share the sheet with anyone who answers messages for you
Tips
- Reply within an hour where you can. In an HBR study of online leads (2011, correlational), leads contacted within an hour were nearly 7× as likely to reach a qualifying conversation.
- Use the person's name. It's the cheapest way to sound human.
- If a situation keeps coming up that isn't here, add a row. The sheet should grow with your business.
Where to go next
- Answer every message with AI drafts so replies start from these facts.
- Review response templates for public replies.
