Find what needs you
Use the filters on the left: All, Mine, Unassigned, Needs reply and Snoozed. You can add your own stages too, and rename, recolour or delete them.
Work as a team
- Assign to me takes a conversation so nobody answers twice
- Unassign hands it back
- Snooze a conversation from its header to bring it back later
Each conversation's side panel shows the contact, buyer intent and sentiment (positive, neutral or negative), so you can see who's ready to buy.
