Teammates work in the same workspace: the same calendar, inbox and brand kit. Each person gets a role that decides what they can do.
Send an invite

- Open Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email and pick a role
- Click Create invite: the invite link is copied to your clipboard and an email goes out
Invites expire after 7 days. Pending invites have a menu to Copy invite link or Revoke invite.
Roles
- Owner keeps every permission, including billing and the workspace itself
- Editor creates and schedules content
- Viewer can look but not change things
Need something in between? Under Roles, click New role, name it and choose exactly which permissions it has. To change someone's role later, open their menu and choose Change role.
