Two webhook events now carry the details you actually need to act, in your own systems or in your team chat.
What's new
review.receivednow fires for every new review from a connected profile, with the rating, the reviewer's name and the review text. Reviews you've already seen never fire twice.post.failednames the problem. It lists which platforms failed and includes the error the platform returned, alongside every platform the post was meant for.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Webhooks and click New webhook
- Pick your own URL, an automation tool, or a chat app such as Slack or Teams
- Tick New review received and Post failed to publish, then save
- Use Send test event to check it arrives

Why it matters
A one-star review answered in minutes reads very differently from one answered next week. And a failed post is only a problem if nobody notices: now the alert tells you what broke, so the fix is usually one click.
Good to know
- Chat apps get a readable message with the platform, rating, author and error.
- Custom endpoints get signed JSON. See Webhook events for every payload.
- Existing webhook receivers keep working: the new fields are additions.
