Approval links let clients approve or ask for changes without logging in. Now you stay in control of who can use them.

What's new

Revoke an approval link from the composer and it stops working straight away. Anyone who opens it afterwards can't approve or comment.

When to use it

  • The link was sent to the wrong person.
  • Your client contact changed.
  • The post changed so much that you want a fresh approval.

Good to know

Approvals are available on plans that include them. Turn on Require approval before scheduling and posts wait for sign-off before they can be scheduled.
