Plan a month of posts in one afternoon

Batching beats daily scrambling. Here is the three-hour routine we use to fill a month of calendar slots.

  1. Hour one: decide
  2. Hour two: draft
  3. Hour three: design and schedule
  4. What to leave unscheduled

Posting every day is easy when you only have to do it once a month. Batching moves the thinking into one focused session, so the rest of the month is just replying and adjusting.

Hour one: decide

Pick the month's goal, list key dates (launches, holidays, local events) and map your pillars across the weeks. Leave two empty slots per week for things you cannot predict.

Hour two: draft

Generate drafts for every slot, then edit in one pass. Edit for voice first, facts second and length last. Batch similar formats together so you stay in one mode.

Hour three: design and schedule

Add images or carousels, then drop everything onto the calendar at your best times. Schedule a 15-minute weekly check so the plan bends instead of breaking.

What to leave unscheduled

Replies, trends and customer moments. The empty slots are where your account feels alive.
