Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. The 7-day guarantee covers a workspace's first paid charge; renewals cancelled straight away are refunded for the time left in the billing period. If you'd rather keep access until the period ends, cancel at the end of the period instead and you won't be charged again. For anything unusual, contact us.
