Zapier, Make and n8n

Start automations in thousands of apps from AeroReply events, and send drafts back.

Oct 11, 20261 min read

AeroReply connects to automation tools in both directions. Webhooks start a workflow when something happens, and the REST API lets the workflow create drafts.

Trigger a workflow

ToolWhat to set up
ZapierCreate a Zap with the “Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook” trigger and paste its URL.
MakeAdd a “Custom webhook” trigger module in Make and paste its address.
n8nAdd a Webhook trigger node in n8n and paste its production URL.
0 of 0 done
  1. Create the trigger in your automation tool and copy its URL
  2. In Settings → Webhooks, click New webhook and choose the tool under Connect an app
  3. Paste the URL, pick the events and click Connect

Automation tools receive the same signed JSON body as a custom endpoint.

Create drafts from a workflow

Add an HTTP step that calls POST https://api.aeroreply.com/public/v1/posts with your API key as a Bearer token. See Posts endpoints.

Ideas

  • Add every Link in Bio lead to your CRM or a spreadsheet
