Generic AI replies sound generic because the AI doesn't know your business. Now it can.

What's new

Your brand kit has a new Business knowledge section. Add the facts customers ask about, one card at a time:

  • Products and prices
  • Offers and promotions
  • FAQs
  • Policies such as delivery, returns and opening hours
  • Useful links
  • Notes for anything else

Where the AI uses it

  • Inbox replies to comments and DMs
  • Sales replies to buying questions
  • Replies to reviews
  • Posts and captions

The AI only uses the facts you've added. If an answer isn't in your knowledge, it won't invent one.

How to set it up

  1. Open your Brand kit and find Business knowledge
  2. Add your top five questions first: price, delivery, returns, opening hours, how to book
  3. Draft a reply in the inbox and check it uses your facts
