AeroReply is one AI for every reply, post and lead. Small businesses, creators and agencies use it to answer DMs, comments and reviews, schedule posts on every major network, and turn conversations into customers. We're a small team shipping a large product, so every engineer owns real parts of it end to end.
The role
Build the web app and marketing site people use every day, on phones first, in a product with a real design system. This is a remote role for people based in India.
What you'll do
- Build app screens for the inbox, planner, analytics and Link in Bio, designed for a 390px phone first and widened for desktop.
- Ship marketing pages and interactive free tools that load fast and rank well.
- Keep the design system consistent: theme tokens, shared primitives, accessibility and motion that respects reduced-motion settings.

How we work
- Remote-first, written-first: plans, decisions and reviews happen in writing.
- You own features from design notes to production and the follow-up fix.
- We ship small, often, behind release switches, and look at the result in the browser on a phone first.
- Code review on every change, with tests for logic that branches.

- 3+ years building production React apps in TypeScript.
- Strong CSS and responsive layout, mobile-first.
- Care for accessibility: keyboard, focus and labels.
- Based in India and able to work there.
Nice to have
- Next.js App Router and server components in production.
- Performance work: bundle size, Core Web Vitals.
- An eye for interaction and motion design.
