Your posting schedule is a set of weekly times. When you click Add to queue in the composer, the post takes the next open time.
Set it up

- Open Settings → Posting schedule
- Under Weekly queue, choose your Timezone
- Click Add time for each slot you want to post in
Every time in your queue, and every best-time suggestion, uses this timezone.
Keep the queue full
On the same page you can turn on Evergreen recycling to reuse evergreen posts in empty slots, with a limit on how many refills happen per day.
